"The Autobiography of Henry VIII" by Margaret George

I thought it fitting that for my first book /product review I would choose a book reminisent of my "royal" theme blog......."The Autobiography of Henry VIII" by Margaret George.
What an amazing book! Do not let the size of this book overwhelm you....it is 939 pages of pure enjoyment.
Going into this book, I knew very little about the Tudor Dynasty and Henry VIII, other than he had 6 wives, two of whom he beheaded, and that he seemed a pretty insane individual. "The Autobiography of Henry VIII" shed light on the human side of Henry Tudor, a man born a second son and bound for priesthood, who at the age of 16 suddenly finds himself The King of England. This book will make you weep for the boy who lives in the shadows, and for the young man suddenly in the spot light upon his father's death. And yes, you will find the man he grows to be both engaging and disgusting...........in both mind and body.
"The Autobiography of Henry VIII" is a MUST READ!!
